Product key too many devices

I'm getting an error.

'This product key has been used on too many devices'. ' Please contact Softmaker Support'.

Well I'm using it on exactly the same number of devices I have been since I bought it years ago.
Any idea's anyone.
I have emailed Support about it, but it's weekend and it's annoying.

There must be something on your computer changing some system characteristics that we check for when start SoftMaker Office. Maybe a MAC address changer or some antivirus magic.
