Installed Free Office 2018 Presentation App not opening

Hi,

Did the install on a Dell Inspiron Laptop running Win 7 Pro 32bit. Planmaker & Textmaker work OK but Presentationmaker won't open. ie clicking on the desktop short cut wont launch it neither will the icon on the task bar.

I uninstalled & reinstalled Free Office however the problem still occurs.

Any fix available?

It seems your graphics chip doesn't handle OpenGL well. Run Presenations as follows to confirm it:

Presentations.exe -disableopengl

If Presentations launches then, you could check if there are updated video drivers for your laptop.
