Display data from lists

Hi
I have created a page with a list of years (dropdown) Also a list of company's (dropdown).
I currently have 4 years in the list and maybe 40 companies in it.
I want to display on the new page a show of the data for the company and year so I can see fields from the year lists.
Also a clear button which clears the year choice, company choice and all displayed data, ready to choose another year and company.

Not a lot to ask eh!

What you are trying would need you to write some macros. Instead, I suggest you look into our "Tables" feature which lets you filter for many different criteria.

Thanks for that, I have never done anything with Tables before. Looks like a good learning opportunity . I'll give it a go and probably have more questions about it

Hi Martin,
Thanks for the tip on Tables. Had not realised how powerful they were.
It didn't solve my problem, but has given me a whole new idea on how to use tables to my advantage.
