I want to set up the shortcut for all users. The problem is how to configure a shortcut for planmaker, exactly keyboard shortcut for autosum - sum() function - on MS Office is alt+=.?

Tools > Customise..., select "Insert Autosum" in the left field, then click "Shortcut keys" and define your shortcut.

I'm trying to create a shortcut for autosum in palnmaker but I'm not able to do it?
When I click on tools there is no customise option?

Also, Is there any extension or add-on which can automatically import common Ms Office shortcuts to Softmaker Office.

I'm using Softmaker FreeOffice 2018 Revision 944.

It is not possible to edit the toolbars in FreeOffice. This works only in SoftMaker Office 2018.

There is no predefined shortcut for AutoSum. In the commercial version, SoftMaker Office, you can define one.
