Chrome OS now supports Linux natively. You can read more at Google Support or at the Chromium Website.

In an active Chrome OS forum on Reddit I learned about SoftMaker Office for 2018. You might be pleased to know that you have strong advocates of the product. I installed the Debian 64 bit version of Office 2018, and it is fantastic, just as others reported!

A few changes that would greatly enhance the user experience. If the Chrome OS keyboard was fully supported it would be super helpful. Please encourage the developers to test Office on a Chromebook with Linux support, and you'll quickly discover what I mean. Thanks so much for listening.
