Keyboard shortcuts for Menu items - Linux

In most programs, irrespective of platform, the Menu items can be activated by pressing the

Alt

key + the 1st letter of the Menu item or 1 of its underlined alternative letters. This does not work in PM, and in any case I have not found a Shortcut button. Am I missing something?

Thanks for your post, but it's not clear that you want this for Linux or Windows, as you are posting this in Windows forum.

With SoftMaker Office also, you can use Alt+ Key to navigate and select different menu options. Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to use this feature ?
