Resizing windows causing red outlines

When you resize Textmaker 2018 free for mac it causes thick red outlines as well as when going to full screen. Its almost like it was formated for a tablet. If I can attach screen shots all put them in.

This issue has already been reported (ticket 39249). We will inform you as soon as it has been solved.
