mouse pasting not as usual

Hello, on Linux I am used to paste with the mouse like this: mark the word with the left mouse (word now highlighted), then paste using middle mouse button. This does not work but would be a real help.

This is disabled by default because some mouse drivers insert middle-mouse button clicks when the scrollwheel is touched, but can be turned on in File | Options.

This may or may not be true for the Ribbons interface, which I do not know further.

If you do not find the said function for any reason, you can look under Tools|Options|Edit for the Middle mouse button and choose the paste option from the dropdown list.
