How to copy a formula from one tab to another

How do I copy a cell, containing a formula, from tab 2 of the spreadsheet to tab 1 of that same spreadsheet? But as that cell in tab 2 changes in value, the change is reflected automatically in tab 1.

You can type in =sheet2!b2 for example. Or You only type in = an then change to the sheet with the formula you want to copy an click on the cell.
