CSV file import

Hi,
I'm playing with a PHP server which answers me CSV export files.
Those CSV export files are generated with the PHP7 function "fputcsv" with default options and next translated to CP1252 with "iconv".
All works fine else one conversion: the " symbol.

PHP7 function "fputcsv" generates the squence """" for the field's content ". It's correct for CSV encoding of ".

PlanMaker shows correctly the field's content " in the previsualization window (with correct enclosures set to "), but loses the field's content in the final generated sheet (all other cells are right).
