How do I type vertically in table cells?

I recently had to edit a table in a document produced with MS Word. The table had text aligned vertically in some of its cells. There seemed to be no problem editing these vertically aligned words, using Textmaker 2018. This suggests that it should be possible to align text vertically at the outset, when working with Textmaker. But how do I do that? I attach a picture to show what I mean.
