embedding a variable

Second topic all to do with pmdx file.
Is it possible to embed a variable in a pmdx
I have a pmdx held on my desktop, depending on which computer I use this pmdx is it possible for it to say 'this pc uses drive: and folder Y based around the computer name?

You mean you want to use links with relative paths in the files?

Sounds right,
but relating to the computer I'm actually using. Paths might be different on different PC's
