Can't see how to insert image into cell

Hi guys just downloaded this office software. I am inserting images in cells along with type. I cannot see how to insert image?? Tried to look at 'insert' but there is no 'image' to insert. Would love to know how. Thank you

You cannot insert images in a cell (neither can you in Excel). You can insert images as picture frames and link them to cells.

Ahh that would explain why all my spreadsheet got mucked up when I tried opening softmaker sheet with images anchored to the cells. I have used spreadsheets in the past with MS office and others with great success anchoring the images within the cells. This was the first time it hadn't worked. Are you saying you were able to insert images in cells with Excel? I didn't accomplish that. Can you explain how you did that, maybe even provide a sample file?

That's still no image inside a cell, but an image anchored to the cell, position- and size-wise. PlanMaker provides the same.
