Planmaker 2016 & 2018 wrongly reformat a long number
Planmaker 2016 & 2018 wrongly reformat a long number
When I enter about 13 numbers into a cell, it is automatically and wrongly reformatted by Planmaker. E.g. I might enter the following 13 numbers into a cell in column E, row 3: 7601160037089. Planmaker automatically changes this to 7,60116E+012. Why does this happen? How do I avoid this from happening? It happens in both Planmaker 2016 and 2018 it would seem. I am an experienced Softmaker Office user but new at using Planmaker. Kindly assist!

Re: Planmaker 2016 & 2018 wrongly reformat a long number
Thanks for the support. Starting with an apostrophy when entering a long number - to avoid the automatic reformatting of the number - is something I simply did not know, being new to spreadsheets. The problem and its solution apply to both Planmaker 2016 and 2018, so I was not sure in which section I should ask my question. Hence the duplicate.
