When opening multiple spreadsheets, the order of the spreadsheets changes randomly.
For example, open File1, File2, and File3.
Begin coping data from cells in File 3 to File 1, suddenly the order of the files along the top of the spreadsheet changes; File2 changes palce with File3. Then by mistake you copy data from File2 to File1 because File2 moved to the end of the list of opened files while you were reading File1.
Is this a known issue? Do we need to file a bug?
Thank you
Order of opened files changes randomly
Re: Order of opened files changes randomly
No, this is neither a known issue, nor could I reproduce it (Kubuntu 18.04 64bit, PlanMaker 2018 rev.931.0518 64bit).
What I did:
1. Open 3 xlsx files (simple tables with some text and numbers in it, no objects like charts or graphics)
=> The order was 1.xlsx, 2.xlsx, 3.xlsx
2. Now selected some parts of the table of 3.xlsx and pressed CTRL+C to copy
3. I selected the first tab (1.xlsx) and pressed CTRL+V to paste
=> No change in the order of the tabs.
Which Linux and PlanMaker revision are you using? What have you done (step by step)?

Re: Order of opened files changes randomly
Hello
On Fedora 26, with four files open its happening after about ten minutes.
The files in use are just numbers with some text, nothing unusual. Its not on my system this is happing so I would need to make a screencast to watch exactly what the user does when it happens.
Thank you
EDIT: ~]$ rpm -q softmaker-office-2018

Re: Order of opened files changes randomly
Hello
I observed the user for many minutes. There were four files open. The user was searching the files at position 2 and 4 and coping some cells or rows into a summary file at position 3 (making a summary of interesting data). After a few minutes, as the user moved the cursor up to the top to select the summary file in third position, it moved to position 2. A few minutes later, while the user was scrolling, the files returned to the original order.

Re: Order of opened files changes randomly
Hello, would log files help to narrow down the cause of this problem?
I saw in another post that there is a debug mode.
The application also becomes unresponsive under certain conditions. For example, working with large files in two instances on different desktops.

Yes, you could send us the sminfo.txt (Help=>About) to fourm(at)softmaker.com.
