No "Insert>Comment" function

Unable to insert comments into cells. No "Insert" submenu with comment option -only Function, Symbol, header and Footer, Page Break. Context menu offers edit to existing comments, and comment toolbar offers everything except new comment.

Right mouse click on a selected cell and select "Insert comment..." from the context menu. Or press Shift+F2. Please note that comments are only available in SoftMaker Office but not in FreeOffice.
