This is the list of the "c" fonts in TextMaker:
This is the list of system fonts that start with "c" on my El Capitan 2009 MBP:
It's not just the "c" fonts that are listed. There's many more fonts that aren't seen.
Now what?
Can't find system fonts in font list
Re: Can't find system fonts in font list
Confirmed – the font list in TextMaker shows only a fraction of the fonts which are installed on my system (and are visible in other programs like e.g. TextEdit).
Re: Can't find system fonts in font list
Are the fonts installed in sub folders? It seems sub folders are not yet supported (see the discussion in the German forum: http://forum.softmaker.de/viewtopic.php ... 34#p113934).

Re: Can't find system fonts in font list
This is one reason, yes. Checked it once more - for fonts not in subfolders, it depends on the font type. SMO doesn't support TrueType collections (*.ttc), some (older) Mac-specific font types: TrueType (Mac) and Data fork suitcase (*.dfont), and the discontinued Multiple Master fonts. I didn't check ordinary PostScript Type 1 fonts as I haven't installed any of these.

Re: Can't find system fonts in font list
What kinds of font types does SoftMaker Mac support?
Re: Can't find system fonts in font list
In any case, TrueType (Windows) (*.ttf) and OpenType (*.otf).
Re: Can't find system fonts in font list
You fixed it!!! Thank You!!! I can even see TTC Collections!
