1. Are there backups of the dbf's either used by or created by, also where are they stored?
2. menu's for database confusing and misleading.
example; the database tab... left side first button is.. 'Select Database' but on the right hand side it's Edit database plus a few others. All of which ask for the database to be selected when you perform an action like print labels or print envelope. seems to be a bit of duplication unless there is a reason which is not apparent.
3. Useful if there was a button on the print labels window to quickly save a certain label to be associated with an actual database?

There are no automatic backups of the .dbf files.

Do you think there should be a backup of the database, just for completeness???? Especially as you can actually create a database within the software???There are no automatic backups of the .dbf files.

I think the user is responsible for backing up his database files. You can use any external backup program to automate that process if you want.
