Exporting any file to a pdf format

I have two machines: a Dell Inspiron (desktop) and a Lenovo Think Pad (notebook), both of them with Windows 10 64 bit (same version).

When exporting any file to a pdf format (any size):

1) On first machine (Dell):

Text Maker 2016 is very quickly
Text Maker 2018 is very very very slow

2) On second machine (Lenovo):

Text Maker 2016 is very quickly
Text Maker 2018 is very quickly

I'm not understand that.

I bought Soft Maker Office 2018, so I want register that problem.
