Is there a way to:

1. Increase the height of the Worksheet Register? It just feels a tad tight to me.
2. Remove the « and » from around the selected worksheet name? Again, it might be me, but it feels too tight making it hard for me to read the name of the sheet.

You cannot directly increase the size of the tab but you can do it indirectly by increasing the font size for the tab (Options | View).
