What programming language is SoftMaker built in?

Hi, Just out of curiosity, what programming language is SoftMaker built in, and what libraries does it use? I am CS research student trying to make cross-platform software, and have not been able to find a single programming language that is truly cross-platform, i.e., runs on PCs, Macs and PDAs. :(...
