I have the same issue under Kubuntu 26.04
I've changed the application icons as follows, which takes care of showing them correctly in the Application Launcher and in the Task Manager:

You need to install Softmaker Office in a container using distrobox (my personal choice) or toolbox (the pre-installed container software on Fedora's Atomic Desktops). You can find a short description on how to do that (for a different software) here: https://zihad.com.bd/posts/fedora-atomic ...

I tend to disagree on this. Atomic desktops with their immutable system are ideal for corporate environments, for traveling to high risk countries (China, US,..) and simply a great system choice to install for your dad/mom/other older relatives who aren't super IT literate, but also don't want to ...
