Is there a way to make the text in the settings, menus, etc. bigger?

Everything on my computer is too small by default, so I have my text scaling factor set to 1.3. That way I can read my screen without feeling like I'm straining my eyes too much. But it doesn't affect this program, unfortunately. And it seems like the program is just making everything weirdly small?...
