No Document Map in Sidebar

Hi, My sidebar is missing functions - it only allows me to show SoftMaker info, paragraph styles, and character styles. There is no document map or page thumbnail or other options. They are not available for activation under the View>Sidebars menu either - only the three I mentioned are. Can someone...
