Transitions not working

I try to use transitions made by Software, but they won't preview or even work when I'm presenting the slideshow. I tried most of the transitions made by Software and they still haven't worked! Only Powerpoint compatible and Additional transitions work. I hope someone can help me on this! :cry: :cry...
