By the way I found that ALL xcel-like apps have the delete button in their user defined colors so I think you can add it too!!!

IT WORKED FOR ME!!!
1. Go to TOOLS
2. Go to WORKBOOK PROTECTION
3. Hit it and unselect it.

1. We removed the delete function because it is not really possible to handle this without a lot of trouble. What should happen if a user defined color is still used in a document and you delete it? There will be no delete function anymore and I will tell the authors of the manual to fix the articl...
