Larger icons in Planmaker

I have much smaller icons in Planmaker than in Textmaker.
Is it possible to change to a larger size in Planmaker?

Text to the right of an image

When I choose to format text around an image, all choices are greyed out.
Unable to choose.
How do I change this?
