SoftMaker.com

The colors of a document in TextMaker NX are completely different from the original colors as created in a Word document. As a result, I am unable to continue working on the document in TextMaker. What can be done to address this?

I'm using TextMaker NX Home (rev S1200.0617) 64bit and it looks like SmartChat hasn't been activated. What am I doing wrong?
