Setting hyperlinks to files

I want to create hyperlinks that link to graphic files. But I want the graphic files to always be (expected to be) in the same folder as my .doc or .pdf file. This is so I can give document and graphic files to anyone I want and they can run the document and see the graphics no matter what directory...
