Presentation slide slow won't lauch

Hi -- I have had the 2018 version since then.
I recently worked on a Presentation -- and when I tried to view it as a "show" it wouldn't launch
I downloaded the 2021 version and the SAME thing happened.
Please advise urgently as I need this for Church presentation. tx
