That's pretty much what I did. It worked. I really should save a copy of those folders/files for future reference, JIC.

Are you using the classic interface? Tools > Options opens a pop-up window with several tabs across the top. Ignore them. Toward the lower left is a box labeled "Manage." Honestly, I don't know which interface I'm using. Insofar as the Tools/Options menu is concerned, I have no Manage tab...

I copied both folders over and it works just fine. Don't ask me to find them again, it was pure accident. Thank you very much.

Please click on File | Options | Manage and then export all the settings from your profile and on her profile, please follow the same procedure to import all the settings. OK, I have no Options tab on my File menu. The only Options tab I have is on the Tools menu and that has no Manage tab. Perhaps...
