Showing a single Comment

Under File > Properties > Options, there's an "Always show comments" (plural, i.e. selecting shows ALL comments). What if I have multiple cells with comments but I only want the comment always displayed on a SINGLE cell? Can I turn on the "show comments" for just a single cell?
