Playing an MP4 file in a document

I'm writing a book for epublication, and I'm wondering if it's possible to add an MP4 file to be able to show a film clip to the reader. Can this be done?

Label making

I’m trying to make labels using data from plan maker, which I’ve saved as a database. In textmaker, mailings, I’ve inserted the data, but I only get field names, and there’s no buttons to progress. What do I do to get the data to merge and make labels?
