Unable to open TextMaker 2018 file today which I used multiple times on July 28, 2020

I need more instructions.

Here is the response from SoftMake support.

I cannot find the C:\Users\<UserProfile>\Documents\SoftMaker\Backup folder. And I am not sure what to do when I d this folder.
