Unless I am missing something (quite possible), another apparent limitation of TextMaker mail merge is the inability to merge to a file prior to printing, to allow editing. Yes, you can print to a file, but apparently only to a PDF which does not really lend itself to editing. Am I missing something...

replicate labels
I have a template for membership cards I used in Word. I am trying to convert it for use in TextMaker. I have the first label looking the way I want it, including the merge fields. Now how do I replicate that label to the rest of the labels?

This is the first app I have seen on the Mac that does NOT use the normal Mac print dialog. All other Mac apps I've used (for many years) will recognize not only my printer but my printer presets. The manuals don't seem to cover that. What am I missing?
