CAN NOT SORT VALUE FIELD ON PIVOT TABLE

I am unable to sort (high to low or low to high) Value Field on Pivot Table. It informs me it is protected and can not be changed. I work with sales and I really need to sort may reps, customers and so on low to high and high to low.

Any clues guys?
