Input from scanner B/W and no Epson Scan option Panel

Tried to scan to new Document the Flexipdf 2022 Professional subscription.

The request box does not give options for scan DPI, B/W or Colour select and the Flatbed/autofeed option does not work.

The resulting document is low resolution ?DPI and black and white and the sheet feeder was not called ...
