Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer. The same results with each one. You see the message “You are now in live chat with Softmaker”. You enter your question and wait, and wait, and then live chat goes offline - no response. Not once in a dozen or more attempts. You should try harder.

Unfortunately your answer was too late to be useful. The matter was urgent and in an effort to solve the problem a second copy of the program was bought but this too failed to run.
