Can't set new default style

I can't set new default style of character or paragraph. Each time the same error.

Or at least make working shortcuts Ctrl-Shift-V and Ctrl-Alt-V to paste plainly

Context menu (right-click menu)

Context menu still lacks "paste without formatting" and other option common in LO Writer or MS Word. IMHO it lowers productivity.
