Sorry to say that SoftMaker Office just does not work for my needs...... too many problems with PlanMaker..... I have asked support for help.....no response from them I have also asked twice via the support contact email system asking for a refund......no response from them on this either.... I have...

I sent a support request email through Support on SoftMaker site....

send in sever screenshots as well as the problem file for your engineers to work with...

Hopefully, SoftMaker will find a solution.
