Memory problem?

I am currently using planmaker 2018 with a new laptop with 8GB of RAM and am seeing the software crawling on the verge of crashing when using vlookups or index/match formulas. While monitoring RAM usage on the task manager, i can see it is using around 4 gigs. Maybe Windows cap it at 4 and planmaker...
