Challenge: Provide a way to convert TextMaker TMDX to reStructuredText.
My part of the endeavor is the presentation of a procedure for AbiWord:

Re: Procedure for completely uninstall FreeOffice 2024

Now that you know how to install and uninstall stuff,
you can also just go ahead and read the documentation. Lots of it.

While “tech” evokes technology, I would not have expected you to be here before 7 o'clock.

But you sure encounter less traffic at that hour on the Erlanger Straße.

SQL Error 1040

Good morning

Searching the forum, I get a lot of “Too Many Request” Errors upon loading a page in arbitrary locations and upon doing anything from search to opening an article, modifying user-settings to logging in. It says General Error, SQL Error and 1040.

JFYI.

[Linux] Generate Documentation quickly

Good morning

I describe a way to generate HTML, man-pages and PDF-files from 1 reStructuredText (raw text) document.

AFAIS, PDF/UA is based on PDF 2.0 and standardization is still in progress.

Re: Google Drive

The comparison with the commercial version on
https://www.softmaker.com/en/discover-s ... comparison
does not mention Google Drive or anything “cloud”. I venture however, that FreeOffice is limited in this respect (and am happy with that).

So ... what are they and how can I learn how, when, and where to use them?

Thank you.

Web-Fonts contain licensing information. They resolve a dilemma when companies who sell copyrighted fonts want to allow their uses on exchangable Media that require that part – or all – of a font be included ...

Re: Document protection

An alternative would be to offer the book in the form of a PDF, but I'm concerned that it would be too easy for a person to buy one copy and then give copies to all their friends. I know that FlexiPDF allows setting a password to provide protection against unauthorized editing or printing, but is ...

Felix Titling seems to be available for free, anyway. Not sure about terms of use, however.

The license is accessible for example on the myfonts.com Web-Site:

Re: BUG: Install returns "file not found"

I am running Bazzite Linux. I downloaded the RPM file. I doubleclicked the file, I right-clicked and Open File with Discover and in both cases I got a failure to open due to a missing file.

PSE report *which* file has been found missing.
Apart from that, installations on Linux happen in diverse ...
